Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving user acquisition and retention. This role is highly experimental—you’ll test, learn, and iterate quickly to identify what works best for scaling growth. Daily tasks will involve:
Designing and running A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels.
Managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across different platforms.
Analyzing funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborating with product teams to optimize onboarding and retention flows.
This is a role where creativity, agility, and data-driven thinking all come together.
Qualifications
We’re seeking someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Requirements include:
2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with experimentation.
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.
Background in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
